Elephant Nature Park
A day to remember seeing elephants roam free in lush scenery alongside the river.
No riding at this superb conservation sanctuary, but a chance to get really close feeding, bathing, & interacting with these gentle giants.

Elephant Safari
Head North to the Mae Ping river where this elephant camp is situated.
Watch the elephants take a bath, before enjoying the show. Then ride these beautiful creatures around the forest…Plenty of opportunity to “refuel” your elephant with bananas & sugarcane. After that gently raft down the river on bamboo raft before taking an ox cart ride back to camp for lunch.
Leave resort 9.30am. Return approx 3.00pm….enough time to relax around the swimming pool!

Elephant Safari & Hilltribe
Head further North to Chiang Dao elephant camp, before watching the elephants bathing in the Mae Ping river. Then see a demonstration of the elephants working as they did before logging was banned.
After wards ride through the jungle to a Lisu hilltribe village, disembarking for a stroll around, with chance to buy some handicrafts.
Back on the elephant & head back to camp.
Option to gently raft down the Mae Ping river before heading back to resort.
Leave resort 9.00am.

Mok Fa falls & Pong Duet hot spring
8km away from resort Mok fa falls is a lovely waterfall, still off the tourists beaten track. Spend time in the water before heading further on to Pong Duet hot spring. Don’t forget to take your swimsuits

Nature Trail
Take a walk through the forest behind the resort, winding your way through lush scenery, inc. bamboo.
Fine views to be had from atop the hill, before carrying on through fruit & vegetable farmland cultivated by the hill tribe.
You’ll be accompanied by a member of staff throughout.
Approx 2hr

*Alternatively if you’re feeling fit carry on through shady forest for approx another 1.5hr to hill tribe village. Will return to the resort by public transport.
